  8. Hexadecimal editor for binary files. Unlimited file size, drag-and-drop,

  14. INSTALLATION

  16. 1. Extract all the HEdit files into your Windows directory. The 
  17. accompanying File Manager extension will not work in any other 
  18. directory.

  20. 2. Start HEDIT.EXE and follow the on-screen instructions.
